Parents and godparents should visit our website and review the information on Baptism (https://jblmcath.com/baptism-2/). - Present the Child’s Original Birth Certificate -A Godparent must be an active registrant of a certain Parish. Please submit to our office a Letter of Suitability for the Sacrament signed from the Pastor/Parish Priest. -Pre-Baptismal Instruction a must.
